Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies
1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 sticks margarine
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups oatmeal
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
Mix all together. Bake at 375 degrees on a greased cookie sheet or 9 minutes.
